Welcome to Speed for Sport Academy (“we”, “us”, “our”). We are a UK-registered charity (Charity Number: 1202155) delivering youth speed, agility, strength and athletic development programmes. By using our services—including sessions, camps, bookings via our website (https://www.speedforsportacademy.co.uk), and third-party booking platforms like ClassForKids—you agree to these Terms of Service.
Our Services
We provide sports training and development activities for children and young people. All bookings are subject to availability and appropriate age ranges.
Eligibility and Parental Consent
Our services are intended for children aged 6 to 18, unless stated otherwise. A parent or guardian must provide consent at the time of booking to confirm participation.
Cancellations and Refunds
Sessions may occasionally be cancelled or rescheduled due to severe weather, venue issues, coach illness, or other unexpected events. We will always notify you as soon as possible and, where appropriate, provide either a full refund or the option to attend an alternative session. Our aim is to minimise disruption while ensuring safety and maintaining the quality of our programmes.
Bookings and Payments
Bookings are made via our website or ClassForKids.
• Payments (where applicable) must be made in full at time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
• We offer free trial sessions. Ongoing participation after the trial requires confirmation and payment.
• Any subsidised or funded places are allocated in line with our charitable objectives and funding guidelines.
Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to act safely, respectfully, and follow instructions at all times. Serious or repeated misconduct may lead to immediate removal from sessions, and in such cases, refunds will not be provided.
Liability
All reasonable care is taken to ensure safety, but participation is at your own risk. We are covered by appropriate public liability and safeguarding insurance. We are not liable for injury or loss unless caused by our negligence.
